Artwork & file guidelines

Upload an SVG or PNG. SVG is best for clean logos and lettering. Use white or light-colored artwork on a transparent background. Invert black artwork and remove any solid background before uploading. Keep edges clean and avoid shadows or semi-transparent effects.

LED colors & RGB

The LED determines the color of the light across your entire design. RGB changes the light through different colors; it does not show several artwork colors at once. The RGB option includes a controller and remote when available.

Mounting & power

Metal standoffs hold your acrylic panel slightly away from the wall. The sign includes its mounting hardware and a standard-plug power supply. Plan for access to an indoor outlet.

Production & shipping

Production begins after you finish your design and check out. Your sign is made in Sacramento, California. Free shipping. Shipping transit time depends on the service selected at checkout.

Custom orders & returns

Your sign is made to order, and production cannot be reversed once it starts. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact support@luminityco.com within 30 days of delivery.
