30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

• Items must be undamaged and include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team at support@luminityco.com or via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, securely package the Product and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
3. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned Product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

This 30-Day Guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.
