This limited warranty covers your Luminity poster and Night Light for 6 months from the date of original purchase, applicable only to products sold and used in North America. Customers who return a product under the warranty's conditions may receive a full refund, store credit, or a replacement.

What's Covered:

• Product arrives non-functional
• Damage incurred during shipping
• Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
• Electrical component failure under normal use

What's Not Covered:

• Physical damage from handling, accidents, or misuse
• Water damage
• Modifications to the product
• Damage from improper installation
• Electrical damage from improper power source usage
• Environmental damage (extreme temperatures, humidity)
• Normal wear and tear
• Aesthetic changes that don't affect functionality

2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue

3. Describe the problem in detail
