How do I mount my light-up poster?

Every poster has a sawtooth picture hanger on the back. Insert the included hook into drywall (ensure that there is no wiring behind the wall), and hang the picture onto the hook.
Disclaimer: Mounting solution is intended for drywall only. For other types of wall surfaces, we recommend using the recommended picture frame mounting solution.

How do I assemble my night light?

Grip the acrylic plaque by the edges (avoid touching directly with fingerprints.) Insert the bottom piece of the plaque into the LED base. Moderate force may need to be used.

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of every Luminity Light-Up Poster. Our 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your illuminated artwork arrives in perfect condition, ready to transform your space. If your poster arrives damaged or experiences any manufacturing-related issues within the warranty period, we'll make it right.
