How do I mount my light-up poster?
Every poster has a sawtooth picture hanger on the back. Insert the included hook into drywall (ensure that there is no wiring behind the wall), and hang the picture onto the hook.
Disclaimer: Mounting solution is intended for drywall only. For other types of wall surfaces, we recommend using the recommended picture frame mounting solution.
Do you offer a warranty?

Our 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your illuminated artwork arrives in perfect condition, ready to transform your space. If your poster arrives damaged or experiences any manufacturing-related issues within the warranty period, we'll make it right.

Can I adjust the brightness?
Yes! Every Luminity Light-Up Poster comes with a wired dimmer switch.

How should I store my light-up poster?
Luminity products should be hung up indoors, with regular room conditions such as temperature and humidity
How do I clean my light-up poster?
Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean off any dust or debris off of the poster. We do not recommend using alcohol or abrasive cleaning solutions.
Can I leave my light-up poster on continuously?
Yes! Our posters consume very little power and have proper heat dissipation. While any LED's lifespan will shorten from constant uptime, our design ensures years of illumination.
