How it works

2. Click Customize to open the design tool right here. No waiting, no emails. You design your sign on the spot.
3. Add your text and choose a font, or upload your own logo or artwork.
4. What you see in the live preview is what glows on your finished sign.
5. When your design looks right, add it to your cart and check out. That is our signal to start production.

What you can customize

• Text. Add one or two lines of custom text and choose from our font library.
• Logos and artwork. Upload your own design as an SVG or PNG file.

File guidelines

• SVG is preferred for logos, line art, and lettering. Clean, sharp, and scales perfectly.
• PNG works well too, especially if your design has shading or tonal variation you want represented.
• Your artwork should be white or light-colored on a transparent background. If your logo is black, invert the colors before uploading. Black artwork will not show up in the preview.
• A transparent background is strongly preferred. White backgrounds will show up as a solid glowing rectangle, so remove them before uploading.
• Keep your artwork solid and clean. Designs with soft edges, fades, drop shadows, or semi-transparent areas may not render as expected.

Understanding LED color

Your LED color is the color your sign glows. It is not applied to your artwork like ink. It is the light itself. A simple wordmark and a detailed illustration will both glow the same single color as the LEDs you selected. The design tool preview shows this exactly.

An RGB upgrade with a remote control for color cycling is available separately. RGB does not mean your design displays in multiple colors. It means the light itself shifts color.
